Media Galleries is an entirely separate web site module ‘plugged into’ the Memorabilia
Zone of the main RMSA web site. A design aim has been to make transition between
the two sites as ‘seamless’ as possible, this being achieved by creating special
cross-
Each of the two sites has its own Site Map with navigation buttons to move from one to the other.
This architecture reduces the size of the main site and improves performance and at the same time allows the Memorabilia Zone content to be managed with no adverse impact on the main site.
Each of the two levels in Media Galleries is distinguished by two new ‘factory scene’
screen backgrounds: Concorde -
Photo Galleries
The Photo Gallery page contains four advanced photo galleries, each with associated
Photo Albums containing themed memorabilia photos. Note that each gallery can contain
up to 24 albums and each album can contain any number of photos -
Photos are viewable by clicking on the desired album located within one of the galleries. Photos can be viewed individually and manually cycled through the album or set as a slide show. On some albums an audio track to accompany the slide show can optionally be selected. Photo albums can be toggled from default size to ‘full screen’ mode. Note that the size of the displayed image is dependant on the resolution of the original media file which can be quite small if optimised for web viewing.

In order to run the Photo Galleries/Albums your browser needs to have Version 9,

Video Galleries
The Video Gallery pages contain embedded YouTube clips, simply click the play arrow icon to commence video playback.. Should the video clip not commence playback, press and hold down the Ctrl key and pressing the F5 key at the same time. This will clear the browser cache and should allow the clip to play.
