The RMSA was established in 1980 to promote a community of retired employees of BAE Systems, it’s predecessor companies and Airbus UK, now extended to persons retiring from the UK aerospace industry.
The broad Aims and Objectives of the RMSA are:
To maintain the camaraderie of past years among retired personnel.
To encourage current companies to foster good relations with their pensioners.
To define and give expression to pension problems, where possible.
To organise social activities.
To issue newsletters.
To maintain an RMSA website.
